A disciplined venture building one piece of aviation infrastructure.
M.K.K. Enterprises is a Maryland-based advanced-air-mobility infrastructure venture developing the Virtual Highway System — the deterministic decision core that governs transition access above a vertiport.
Make transition access decidable, explainable and reviewable.
Advanced air mobility will not scale on open airspace. Before mixed aircraft share the volume above a landing surface, access has to be requested, verified, sequenced and recorded. VHS exists to make that boundary governable.

Sean Patrick Means Jr.
Founder, M.K.K. Enterprises · Inventor of the Virtual Highway System
Sean built VHS around a single question: before mixed aircraft enter shared structured corridors, how should access to the volume above a landing surface be requested, verified, sequenced and refused?
Through M.K.K. Enterprises he has filed a provisional patent, defined the system's operating and interface contracts, and led development of the deterministic decision core, the scenario environment, and the evidence and replay layer.
His approach is deliberately conservative: document what is built, separate it clearly from what is planned, and treat the boundary of the system as part of the design rather than a limitation to be talked around.
Contract first, evidence always, scope held.
Decision authority stays in the governed engine. Presentation surfaces display governed facts; they never invent decisions, conflicts, priority, geometry, time or outcomes.
