Privacy Notice
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how M.K.K. Enterprises ("M.K.K. Enterprises," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit mkkenterprises.com (the "Site"). We are committed to being transparent about the limited information we collect and how it is used to improve the visitor experience.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. If you submit our contact or investor inquiry form, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email address, organization, and message) so we can respond.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device type, referring pages, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP address.
Analytics and Cookies
M.K.K. Enterprises uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve the visitor experience. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect aggregated, non-identifying information about how visitors interact with the Site (for example, which pages are visited, how long visits last, and how visitors arrived at the Site).
This information helps us measure interest, identify what content is useful, and improve the Site. We do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors or to sell personal information.
You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How We Use Information
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact forms.
- Understand website traffic and improve visitor experience.
- Maintain the security and reliability of the Site.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Prototype Access Requests
The Virtual Highway System (VHS) prototype is not publicly accessible. Visitors who request access to the prototype submit a qualification request that includes their full name, professional email address, contact telephone number, company or organization, job title or professional role, professional sector, reason for viewing the prototype, intended professional use, and, optionally, an expected evaluation timeline and how they heard about M.K.K. Enterprises.
We collect this information to verify that access requests come from a real professional contact, to administer and secure the access process (including sending a one-time email verification link and, once verified, maintaining a time-limited access session), to communicate with you regarding your request, and to route new requests to the appropriate internal reviewer based on professional sector.
Verification links and access sessions are single-use or time-limited and are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes, not as the original link or session value, so that the original values cannot be recovered from our records.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Necessary service providers (such as our database and transactional email infrastructure) process only the limited information required to operate and secure this access process, under confidentiality obligations, and do not use it for their own advertising purposes.
The optional checkbox to receive occasional M.K.K. Enterprises and VHS updates is entirely separate from, and never required for, prototype access. If you leave it unchecked, we will not use your information for marketing communications.
Prototype access requests, and the personal information associated with them, are retained for up to 12 months after your last relevant prototype access or professional communication with us. After that period, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal fields of your request, retaining only minimum, non-identifying operational totals where needed for internal reporting. You may request earlier correction, anonymization, or deletion of your prototype access request at any time using the contact method below, and an administrator may revoke your access at any time.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We share limited information with service providers that help us operate the Site (such as analytics and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
Data Retention
We retain inquiry submissions only as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted through our contact forms by emailing us using the contact details below.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
